The winners will be announced during the NRCA’s Virtual Awards Ceremony on March 5 at 3 p.m. EST.

Celebrating its 25th year, the Roofing Alliance continues to honor leadership in the field. For the MVP Award, roofing contractors nominate field workers including roofing crew workers, foremen or superintendents. Distributors and supplier firms nominate warehouse employees, warehouse foremen, drivers or equipment operators. Individuals can be nominated for their outstanding on-the-job performance and workmanship, their philanthropic contributions outside the workplace or both.

Since the program’s inception 21 years ago, 708 employees have been nominated and 269 winners and finalists have been recognized.
